Additional Information

Use your PNR no or ticket on for all communication with NAIK TRAVELS about this booking your ticket number serves as confirmation of your ticket status carry a print out of this e-ticket and present it to the bus counter at time of check in carry photo identification, you will need it as proof of identity while checking in.

Boarding of Passengers

Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as NO-SHOW passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount. NAIK TRAVELS reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel by NAIK TRAVELS.

Photo Identification

Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one the government authority otherwise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

Baggage

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kg, Excess baggage will be charged as per NAIK TRAVELS rules. NAIK TRAVELS shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage. NAIK TRAVELS reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers. NAIK TRAVELS highly recommends that you remove all valuables (cameras, jewelry, money, electronics, perishables, etc) and medication from your luggage. In case, the passenger decides to carry any valuables against the above advice they will do this at their own risk and shall not hold NAIK TRAVELS responsible for any pilferage/ damage etc. to such valuables. NAIK TRAVELS assumes no liability for wear and tear to luggage any guest with medical condition or history will travel at his / her own risk and consequences.

Delay of Service

NAIK TRAVELS may delay a bus without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances NAIK TRAVELS delays a bus more than 2 hours. NAIK TRAVELS may reschedule the journey on the next NAIK TRAVELS service in the same sector subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable the full refund of the ticket as paid by the passengers. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the ticket will become a NO-SHOW and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule. NAIK TRAVELS is not responsible for the delays caused en route due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.

Cancellation of Service

NAIK TRAVELS may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances NAIK TRAVELS shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next NAIK TRAVELS service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.

Passenger may cancel their ticket minimum 12 hours before the journey.

The passenger will be required to collect the refund from the point of purchase if cash transaction.

  • Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only. No cancellation request will be entertained by any branch or agent office.

Special Instructions;

1. No Contraband Articles are Permitted to be Carried by any Contracted Passenger if Carried and Detected the passenger shall be left Over at Check Post.

2. The luggage is Carried at Passenger' own risk.

3. Maximum 20Kgs.of luggage will be allowed per tourist. Above 20Kgs. RS.3/- per Kg. will be charged. passengers should take care of their costly & valuable belongings inside the bus and company is not responsible for damages, thefts and robbery etc.

4. company is not responsible for the delay or cancellation of trips on account of break-down-accidents/riots etc.& is not responsible for any alternate transport arrangements. 5. Please report at boarding point 20 minute before departure time.

6. pet animals/Birds are not permitted to be carried in the Coach( See M. V. Act 1989,Rule No.102 ii).

7. Passenger are requested to behave in a decent manner and breach any of the Provisions Of M.V. Act 1989 Rule No.102 (1) (i) (iv) (vii) (viii) (ix).(102) (2)(i) to (xix), 102 (3) (4) (5) (6), 105 (i) (ii)(iii).
8. Video is an additional facility, No refund shall be given in case of failure.

9. in case of sudden failure of A.C. System company is not able for refund.

Pets

NAIK TRAVELS does not allow any pets on board its service.
